I live in Rotorua, and used your service today when my car broke down in Auckland.
From the first smile and handshake, I knew my vehicle problems were in good hands. Well done.
Great service, the technician called to update his arrival time. When he arrived, he located the problem quickly, and gave me options on how it might be solved. He then went and got the replacment part. Returned, installed and tested repair, and had me on my way to my home town in less than two hours

I used Hometune for my warrant. The price was the best around, the appointment time was made for when it suited me and the service was excellent. The following answers all relate to a warrant not a service.
The technician was very friendly and treated me with respect. He showed me where I could wait with my little boy and have a drink and play with toys. He also answered some questions that I had about various models of cars.
I would certainly contact Hometune for a quote about servicing although lately with my late model car I have used the dealership for servicing. However, I am about to trade cars and will certainly consider Hometune for future servicing and repairs. Definitely my point of call for a warrant! I can recall the Hometune phone number from the advertising that I have heard. It is like the catchy Pizza Hut ad and is easy to remember with the catchy tune!

The Hometune Technician who serviced my vehicle had a challenge on his hands and at this stage does. He was informative and polite with clearly high level of expertise.
I have brought a lemon and I only wish I had used Hometune as the pre purchase inspection instead of another service provider. Overall my wallet hurt, but the experts are on the job now.

Ive taken my car to 3-4 service centers for wof and service, Hometune being the first to try out. But in the end, after trying out all of them I've settled with Hometune; as they provide the cheapest service and WOF plus more a informative website; which helps me select the service I need, and FAST service.
Its kinda like buying a bottle of milk over the counter, yeah that fast service. Drop the car for service about 30 secs, pick the car up next day or same day(pay the cash of course) another 30 secs. No hassles with all long form filling. A++ You will definitely see me there in my next service.
