Very professional from the time I rang to book the service; to the time I collected the car.
I can't remember the Technicians name, he was fantastic. The car had another issue not related to the original service and he rang me at every stage to explain what was required and the cost to repair. Please pass on my thanks to him.

Overall : Excellent. From the almost immediate phone answer, the polite and helpful person who answered the phone our experience with Hometune was set to be the most efficent service ever experienced. We were told the technicians would be there between 1 and 3 that day and they were.
The technicians: Excellent: cause the diagnosis was quick and efficient. The only minor minus was the identifying of other faults not related to the diagnosis. I appreciate the efforts to get add-on sales, but found it to be slightly too pushy.
I pretty much do all servicing of my vehicles. Unfortunately some jobs require tools I don't have, so in this instance I would certainly call Hometune

Coldest day in 50 years and I need my CV joint repaired NOW. Good price compared with the cost of competitor with towing bill. But for coming out on Sunday to diagnose and the repair job on Monday, it was well worth it.
Came out on cold wet Sunday to diagnose and give me peace of mind. Had to wait until Monday for parts and Technician was booked out on Monday. So he passed the job onto another Tech who came out in sleet, hail and snow on the Waitakere's. Both were extremely pleasent to deal with.
I was happy with the job. I was delighted with the service. Even included a mini service check. Well done.

The Technician was really good as well...I liked the fact that he came back to tell me about how much it will cost to fix my car lights wires and what was wrong with it. He even offered me a cup of coffee or tea while I was waiting. :)

Kept informed throughout, appreciated personal touches (Mechanic collected car parts from my residence to complete the job whilst he was on his way home.) Technician was very understanding and informative.
It also happened to be easier at the time to do WOF with you, as the car in your workshop at Registration/WOF expiry.

I spoke to a customer service rep on the phone who was very knowledgable and able to give me an accurate estimate of cost over the phone. Technician was punctual, knowledgeble and professional, did an excellent job.

I'd just like to say how impressed I was with the mechanic who serviced my call. He was amazing and even took the time out to show me an error that has saved me $10,000 dollars, you really dont get better than that.

I used Hometune for my warrant. The price was the best around, the appointment time was made for when it suited me and the service was excellent. The following answers all relate to a warrant not a service.
The technician was very friendly and treated me with respect. He showed me where I could wait with my little boy and have a drink and play with toys. He also answered some questions that I had about various models of cars.
I would certainly contact Hometune for a quote about servicing although lately with my late model car I have used the dealership for servicing. However, I am about to trade cars and will certainly consider Hometune for future servicing and repairs. Definitely my point of call for a warrant! I can recall the Hometune phone number from the advertising that I have heard. It is like the catchy Pizza Hut ad and is easy to remember with the catchy tune!

Ive taken my car to 3-4 service centers for wof and service, Hometune being the first to try out. But in the end, after trying out all of them I've settled with Hometune; as they provide the cheapest service and WOF plus more a informative website; which helps me select the service I need, and FAST service.
Its kinda like buying a bottle of milk over the counter, yeah that fast service. Drop the car for service about 30 secs, pick the car up next day or same day(pay the cash of course) another 30 secs. No hassles with all long form filling. A++ You will definitely see me there in my next service.
