    Arrived, introduced himself and apologised for being late. Was well presented with uniform identifying company. Also signage on vehicle identified company. Quickly identified the issue. Was prepared with spare parts. Swapped out the parts and got car running in a timely manner. Kept us informed of work to be done and costs.
