    The entire hometune team from front desk through to the technician were friendly and professional. The whole experience of the cambelt replacement was easy, hassle free and came in on quote, no hidden or additional costs. Having hometune service my car at my workplace meant no extra time out of my busy day. I will be booking Hometune again for my next hassle free service.

    The technician Damon was very friendly and explained what he was doing. Furthermore after the job was completed he took the time to both explain and show me the work he had done and the parts he had taken out and replaced. For someone who has minimal knowledge on all things cars & engines I appreciated the technician taking the time to explain this me.

    I would like to pass on my appreciation for the outstanding service provided to me by Grant Coad, your Workshop Manager. After an initial protracted six day delay with no contact whatsoever from Hometune, I went to the office to complain about the lack of progress and lack of communication. I was eventually introduced to Grant who explained the issues, took personal responsibility for repairing the vehicle and kept me regularly informed throughout the process of the status of the repair, repair options and costs. I even received a follow-up call to confirm I was happy with the work. He single-handedly turned what was initially a terrible customer experience, into a very positive one. Very much appreciated – thanks Grant.
