    The guy turned up on time, phone-in first to let me know he was coming. He was efficient, explained the issue clearly, outlined the options and pros and cons. When I went for one option he repeated the possible downside so it was clear to me what that could mean. (this was a burst radiator and repeat offender overheating vehicle by the way). He went away to obtain parts, came back and completed the repair. The cost was quite reasonable and the job was well done.
