General FAQ's
How does your service work?
You book your time that suits you and we call when we are on our way, we can confirm the first job in the morning which is between 7am & 8am, after that we work within 2-4 hour timeframes, you can carry on with your day as we will call you when we are on our way.
How long does it take?
It depends if we are coming for a service, diagnosis, breakdown or repair, minimum is 30 minutes but does depend on what type of job is required but we will keep you informed of the completion time.
Do you need much space?
We only need a space for our van, and our technician must be safe at all times.
How do you get parts?
We operate like most workshops, we carry some common parts but in the event that we don’t have a part suitable for your vehicle, we will collect it from the nearest supplier & return to the vehicle, most suppliers are very close by and sometimes we do have to order it in, we will keep you informed throughout the process.
Do I have to be on site?
No, and many of our clients aren’t as they need to carry on with their busy lives, as long as we can arrange a safe place for the key and can contact you to discuss the vehicle options and prices with you. Payment is required on completion of the work, we ask for your credit card details over the phone if you are not going to be on site at the time of completion. It doesn’t get easier than that & it saves so much time.
Can you come in the weekends?
Yes we can. Check out our hours of operation.
Are you able to come to my work?
Because we are mobile we can come to your home, work site, sports place, construction site, you name it as long as our technician is working in a safe place.
