Hometune Mobile Mechanics invest in technology, computer diagnostics and on-going training programmes for our mobile mechanics, auto electricians and workshop technicians.

Training and development is a major focus at Hometune. All of our mobile mechanics, auto electricians and workshop technicians do continual computer diagnostic & electrical training at our Onehunga diagnosis and training centre. This is designed to give you the most efficient and high quality service while keeping up with the changes in technology.

The industry has a shortage of quality mechanics and auto electricians; we support the Automotive Industry by employing an apprentice who learns and trains beside our qualified mechanics and auto electricans. Our apprentice has previous experience in the automotive industry & is completing his Trade Certificate in Automotive Engineering which is a 3 year course with Mito/Unitec
